What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Draft. This page describes how the platform currently handles data. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a substitute for a policy prepared for your jurisdiction before launch.
Only what a booking marketplace needs to work:
To create your account, take and confirm bookings, process payments and issue receipts, send you reminders about sessions you have booked, review provider applications, and respond when you contact us. We do not sell personal data.
A provider sees the information needed to deliver what you booked — your name, the session details and any messages you send them. They do not see your payment details. Service providers we rely on (payment processing, one-time code delivery, email, video meetings) process the minimum data needed for their part.
Account and booking records are kept while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Provider ID documents are kept while a provider account is active.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some records tied to completed payments have to be retained for accounting reasons even after an account is closed. Contact us through the contact page and we will confirm what we can act on.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and, where the change is significant, by email.
